Stage 1 – Telephone Interview with Kings Recruit
Prior to being enrolled on to Carnival UK’s recruitment process, Kings Recruit will go through the role details and check that the position is right for you.
Prior to the call, we suggest you read the job description well, do some research on Carnival UK and have any questions ready.

Stage 2 – Telephone Interview OR Video Interview with Carnival UK
SEASONAL ONLY Youth Staff Telephone Interview
PERMANENT ONLY Youth Staff Video Interview
Stage 3 – Face to Face Interview with Carnival UK
Congratulations on making it to the final stage of the interview process!
You will have now been sent an invite from Carnival UK with your face to face interview confirmation.
Remember –
- To take with you the documents listed on the confirmation email, including your passport, original certificates, and training and work availability
- Read through the job description and research Carnival UK again
- Be prepared to be asked questions on Safeguarding
- Plan the delivery of the given activity well in advance – is it engaging and fun?
