Resort: Kids Club Assistant
An amazing opportunity for qualified nursery nurses to work on a beautiful beach resort in either Croatia, Cyprus, Greece or Portugal.
This fabulous role allows you to live on a sun drenched resort (from April-September) whilst gaining experience and earning money.
We are looking for people who are passionate about engaging with small groups of children, ensuring that they have a fun and action-packed holiday, while maintaining a safe environment for them. You will be creating a daily programme of games and activities which will mean that the children have a holiday of a lifetime.
Youngsters will be split into age related children club groups, from 4 months to 12 years of age. We’ll provide training and the management team will be here to give you on-going support throughout the season (there will even be the opportunity to move straight into a ski season role, after a successful summer role).
The Role
- Build excellent relationships with colleagues, parents and children
- Deliver the highest level of childcare
- Create and develop a happy, safe and stimulating environment
- Tailor-make weekly age-appropriate exciting activity programmes
- Observe children’s progression and achievements, record keeping where necessary
Essential Requirements
- Level 3 Childcare qualification
- 1 years’ experience in a childcare environment (placements or employment)
- Strong swimmer
- Paediatric First Aid Certificate desirable
- Must be available for the whole season (April-September/ October)
