Villa Nanny Job Description

Work in these luxury villas, which provide the ultimate in a relaxing family holiday. Each villa on resort has the option of a fully qualified nanny, ensuring that guests have a stress free holiday whilst being safe in the knowledge that their children are being thoroughly entertained and looked after.

The villas have a dedicated playroom or area full of indoor and outdoor toys, games, books and creative equipment for all ages. Nannies follow each child’s individual routine and also accompany older children on off-site activities such as water park visits, tennis, crazy golf or the beach.

The Role

You will plan an engaging and motivating activities, from sports games in the garden and the pool; to being creative and helping the villa host prepare the day’s bread or making puppets.

The Villa Nanny Job entails the care of children aged 4 months to 13 years, and to entertain through a variety of activities in a safe and hygienic setting.



Abilities and Expectations

Kings Recruit looks for nannies who can provide the highest level of service to guests on resort, who love and have the ability to work with children, work as a team player, as well having good self-motivation.

The Villa Nanny role will require a professional demeanour, with staff proving they are organised and pro-active, with excellent guest relations and interpersonal skills for communicating with guests during their stay.

In addition it would be great to know that you are a strong swimmer.
