Please state Hiring Partner – Kings Recruit
If you need to detail more than 4 childcare/coaching jobs, please continue on a separate sheet
When adding reference details please ensure wherever possible you provide the details of a manager/supervisor/tutor who can comment on your performance/ability to work with children.
Make sure your reference email addresses are correct (ideally do not use personal email accounts)
You may use an electronic signature

Crew Data Form

This form is also used by NCL after you have been approved so a lot of the sections do not apply at this stage. Please leave the following sections blank:

MAPSID
Dept
Position
Hire Date
Ship
SS#
ARC#

Please only select one home airport. This will always be where you fly to and from so make sure it is the most convenient as it cannot be changed.

NCL Pre-Screen

Please ensure your home airport matches the airport on your crew data form.
Please note interviews cannot be held at weekends and will usually take place during the afternoon/evening UK time. Please specify the time and days you will be available.
