Thomas Cook Recruitment Process

The following pages explain the process a Kings Recruit Candidate will follow in order to join Thomas Cook.

After creating a profile and speaking to one of the Recruitment team, you will proceed onto Stage 1. Below is an overview of the process, each stage contains a full set of details and instructions. Candidates should proceed to each step only when instructed to do so.

Stage 1. Kings Recruit Interview Preparation

This stage includes the relevant Job Descriptions and a summary of the responsibilities and benefits when working for Thomas Cook.  Please view the Job Description prior to the interview.

Your Skype interview will last around 20 minutes and you will be informed immediately if your interview has been successful.

Stage 2. Collating Relevant Documents

After your successful Skype interview with Kings Recruit, you will now need to send in the relevant documents and complete the link provided:

  1. Complete the Online Application Form
  2. An up to date CV
  3. A copy of your passport
  4. A Childcare / Sports Qualification Certificate
  5. Current DBS
  6. A First Aid Certificate

Once all the documents have been received your file will be passed to Thomas Cook who will be in touch regarding the training.

Stage 3. Training and Start Dates

Thomas Cook will arrange your transport to attend the New Starter Training in Portugal on the 18th to 25th April.

After your training you will be sent your travel information for your start date in resort.
