Your role will be based in the hotel crèche and your responsibility will be to provide fun, creative and safe activities for children from four months to 17 years.
Winter activities can include snowman building, hot chocolate trips and sledging so you need to have plenty of energy and enthusiasm! Summer time includes pool sessions, trips to the beach along with arts and crafts.

Baby Club (4-11 months)
The Baby Club creates a home from home atmosphere and has a ratio of one nanny to two babies. The key-worker system ensures that children have the same nanny throughout the week respecting the baby’s routine and providing feedback to parents at the end of each session using a key-worked sheet.The Baby Clubs have a quiet sleeping area furnished with cots and clean linen.
Toddler Club (1 and 2 years)
The Toddler Club is divided into two groups – Toddler 1’s for the 1 year olds which has a ratio of one nanny to every three children whilst Toddler 2’s for the 2 year olds has a ratio of one nanny to every four children. Each session usually has 2 indoor activities and 2 outdoor activities per session, which keeps the children active and stimulated for the entire time.
Mini Club (3-5 years)
The Mini Club is all about fun with lots of exciting indoor and outdoor activities led by the Nannies. “Wave Jumping” with the nannies in the sea and the Mini Club dance show are proven hits with the kids… and Nannies too.
Junior Club (6-9 years)
In the Junior Club the children have the opportunity to learn some new activities and skills. The watersport staff take them sailing and windsurfing, whilst the Nannies focus on new experiences and team games!
Kidz Club (10-13 years)
The Kidz Club is a more independent club and allows the children to pick and choose the activities they wish to join such as sailing, windsurfing, volleyball, rounders or just relaxing around the pool or on the beach.
Indy Club (14-17 years)
The Indy Club is a change for the teens to mix with people of their own age, taking part in fun activities, socialising and keeping active… along with lots of time to simply chill out.
Evening Activities range from an Evening Listening Service to Entertainment.

Roles to develop towards are Head of Department and Childcare Manager.The Head of Department role involves being responsible for the running of one of the children’s clubs (Head of Babies, Head of Toddlers, Head of Minis, Head of Juniors, Head of Kidz and Head of Indies). Further development is the Childcare Manager role, an ideal opportunity to show your existing managerial skills and experience of leading a large team.
