Childcare Team Leader/Manager

Team Leaders are responsible for managing the on-site children’s activity team. Applicants must have previous staff management experience and will have previously worked in a similar role. Experience of working with children aged 4-12 and a current DBS check is highly advantageous.

Childcare Professionals & Nannies

These positions generally start in May or July for a finish in September or November, however, this does vary between resorts. You could be doing anything from planning a variety of activities each week from pool games and beach trips to face painting and baking!

From our teams, we expect an attitude whereby “Nothing is too much trouble”.  You may be working as a private nanny within a villa or in a hotel-based Children’s Club team.

Sports & Activity Leader

These positions start in June and finish in September.  These positions are perfect for someone with sports coaching or activity leader experience, although we will consider anyone looking to do a job they love in a luxurious environment.

The Role involves working with children from 5  to 13 years planning a variety of activities on and offsite including a variety of sports. Candidates require a sports or activity leader qualification and at least two years’ post-qualifying experience working with children.
