We’re looking for a Recruitment Officer to work in an exciting and rewarding role. An amazing opportunity for a confident individual, who will be a lead recruiter for our Red Tops – energetic childcare professionals on Kings Camps.
You’ll be taking individuals through the interview process and finding those that have real flare and energy needed to be a Red Top!
You don’t need loads of experience, just lots of initiative and bags of eagerness to find and connect with candidates to work with children on camp. Ideal for someone who has some office experience or a graduate wanting to ‘get a foot in the door’
You’ll be searching for the very best sports/childcare professionals, interviewing candidates and offering seasonal contracts
Work with the Recruitment Manager to fulfil agreed requirements by role type, location and budget
Work with the Recruitment Manager to monitor, adapt and respond to seasonal changes to targets and requirements
Undertake directed marketing activities to promote Kings Recruit and attract candidates to the Recruitment App
Undertake post-season reviews to agree re-contracts
Process inbound calls/ conduct out bound calls to potential candidates
Use the Kings Recruit App to search for candidates that meet quality, qualification, experience and location requirements
Building relationships with external partners/clubs
Arrange and manage the interview diary
Undertake Skype and telephone interviews
Recruit and recommend candidates for roles
Offer contracts to successful candidates
Work with the Contracts Administrator to monitor pre-employment checks
Ideal Person Specification
Office experience in a recruitment or people related discipline
Friendly and highly personable with engaging telephone and Skype skills
A determination and application to meet targets and deadlines
Organised and with an attention to detail
Educated to degree level
Participation in or experience of sport, children or education
Fully supportive of the mission and values of The Kings Foundation
Key Terms and Conditions
Based at Sheffield Head Office with low level of travel in UK
Office hours: 37.5 hours Mon-Fri, generally within 8am-6pm, however recruiting young people often involves evening or weekend work
Report directly to Recruitment Manager with monthly 1:1 meetings
