Recruitment Officer
The primary role of the Recruitment Officer is to meet human resource requirements across our services and help to promote The King’s Foundation as a key seasonal employer. The role involves recruiting high quality staff teams within specified requirements and deadlines, maintaining good relations with current staff through effective communications, ensuring all staff complete contract, suitability & online training requirements prior to starting work.
We have a full time permanent position available in recruitment to start from the middle of September 2010. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 1 year business/office experience and experience of working in the childcare, sports or family services sectors. Suitable candidates will have strong interpersonal skills, confident telephone skills with a strong emphasis on customer service, strong organisational skills & the determination & application required to meet targets & deadlines.

Recruitment Administrator
The primary role of the Recruitment Administrator is to ensure staff that have been recruited are made suitable to work with children prior to starting work and to help in the recruitment process at times. The role involves the clearance of staff through CRBs, ensuring online training is completed and references followed up to strict deadlines, ensuring an excellent level of customer service and maintaining positive relationships with staff at all times.
We have a full time permanent position available in recruitment to start from the middle of August 2010. We are looking for someone with office telephone and administration experience and preferably with experience of working in the childcare, sports or family services sectors. Suitable candidates will have strong interpersonal skills, confident telephone skills with a strong emphasis on customer service, strong organisational skills & the determination & application required to meet targets & deadlines.
