European Holiday Camp Soccer Station Coach
Football coaches for the Soccer Station service on European holiday camps are responsible for planning, preparing and delivering football coaching sessions for groups of children aged 5-16 years old. Football sessions will include a variety of skills and technique sessions combined with fun football games and competitions. Soccer Station football coaches must ensure maximum participation from children and provide a fun and active experience for children in a fun and safe environment.
Soccer Station football coaches are responsible for organising and leading two football sessions (5 hours) per day, six days per week and will be expected to actively promote the Soccer Station service to children and families on the holiday camp resort.

Soccer Station Coach - Skills Match
- Ideal candidates will have at least 6 months football caching experience and hold a minimum FA Level 1 football coaching qualification.
- Experience of working with children of all ages is essential, along with a high level of customer service, motivation, commitment and excellent organisational skills.
- Having a current First Aid qualification will significantly increase the chance of selection.
- Applicants must be available to work uninterrupted for the full season (Junr to September).

Soccer Station Coach - Duties & Responsibilities
- To plan, prepare and deliver five hours of quality football coaching
to children between the ages of 5 to 16 years, six days a week, using
coaching cards provided.
- To take responsibility for football
coaching activities for a group of up to 16 children aged 8 or over, or
up to 8 children aged 5-7.
- To prepare and deliver fun football coaching sessions following the structure outlined on the football coaching cards provided.
- To be responsible for the organisation / set-up of the football sessions, including the availability and storage of football equipment.
- To exercise care and safe practices when offering these sessions.
- To ensure a clean, tidy and appealing play tent and surrounding area.
- To ensure customers who have pre-booked sessions are allocated as a priority.
- To
successfully promote Soccer Station to our customers, including
visiting newly arrived customers and children to introduce yourself and
the service.
- To create and maintain interest throughout each session, ensuring each child able to participate.
- To take payment for bookings made on-site, following the procedures outlined.
- To submit neat and accurate reports for paperwork to a Senior Staff member a required.
- To remain flexible at all times with regards to duties and working hours.
