A European holiday camp children's courier team leader is responsible for the management, motivation and development of the children's courier team to ensure they provide a varied and exciting range of quality sports and activities for children in a fun, friendly and safe environment.
Children's courier team leaders must effectively manage all aspects of the children's clubs for Eurocamp and Keycamp on a specified campsite and ensure that staff are managed, trained and developed so that customers receive a children's club service which far exceeds their expectations.
Children's courier team leaders are also in charge of setting up the children's clubs to company standards and the role includes all the duties of a children's courier which includes organising and delivering sports and activities for children on a daily basis.

Children's Courier Team Leader - Skills Match
- Ideal candidates will have experience of leading and working with a team.
- Experience of working with children is essential, along with a high level of customer service, motivation, commitment and excellent organisational skills.
- Having a current First Aid qualification will significantly increase the chance of selection.
- Applicants must be available to work uninterrupted for the full season (June to September).

Children's Courier Team Leader - Duties & Responsibilities
- To be responsible for the setting-up of the children’s
clubs to company standards as laid down in manuals, to ensure that the
programme is ready for opening.
- To manage the on-site team including: assessing and monitoringindividual performance of Children’s Couriers (all positions), appraising, training and developing staff, allocating workload to ensure resources are fully utilised, ensuring that staff meet company standards in all areas of the role, and deliver a high level of customer care and to support and guide staff in completion of any work based learning programmes
- To create a varied and balanced programme of activities for the children, ensuring the involvement of your team.
- To
ensure the highest possible safety standards are maintained at all
times and that priority is given to awareness of safety policies within
Holidaybreak. To contribute to children’s health and well being.
- To encourage, care and maintain discipline of the children.
- To ensure that administration is completed on time and accurately.
- To be fully aware of information contained in Overseas Manuals and to ensure that company policies and standards are maintained.
- The Team Leader also fulfils a Children’s Courier role.
- To carry out any other duties as required by the Overseas Manager.
